Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor known for her many different kinds of roles in films as well as television. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953 she is an American actress. She is most well-known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the TV series Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). She is the granddaughter and daughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's career started in a young age.
